There are many locations for the Guest Services Associate position throughout the park, including Admissions, Season Pass, Parking, Turnstile, and Food and Beverage. This position requires enthusiasm and initiative to greet guests and assist them by providing information about the park, attractions, and special events. Desired traits include ability to complete tasks quickly and exceptional communication skills. Applicants must pass a math and cash handling test, stand for the duration of their shift, and have excellent guest relations skills.
